Our story began in 1986, when visionary yacht designer Orhan Çelikkol transformed his deep love for the sea into a lifelong mission. Guided by creativity and an unshakable pursuit of perfection, he helped shape a new era in yacht design — one defined by harmony, balance, and elegance.

Over nearly four decades and more than 400 designs, Çelikkol has earned recognition as one of the true masters of his craft. His yachts carry a unique signature — a seamless blend of form and feeling, of innovation and grace. Each one tells a story, inviting those on board to experience the beauty of the sea in its purest form.

Our Story

A defining chapter unfolded in 2006, when two remarkable superyachts — TATII and NAMASTE — were launched under Nedship Group. Built by TSMM, a subsidiary of Tamsen Yachts GmbH, they set new benchmarks in design, innovation, and craftsmanship. Originally envisioned as a series of four, only these two masterpieces came to life — each standing today as a symbol of timeless elegance and technical perfection.

When Tamsen Yachts GmbH ceased operations, TSMM was acquired by Nedship Group, paving the way for a new beginning. Out of this evolution, SEABROOK-YACHT-SERVICE was founded in 2024 — a company dedicated to the art of refit, rebuild, and the meticulous care of luxury yachts.

In 2025, Seabrook-Yacht-Service became an integral part of SEABROOK-OCEAN-GROUP GBL, headquartered in Mauritius — a place where ocean and innovation meet. From here, a truly international network is emerging, uniting yacht building, design, sales, and lifestyle under one vision:
